Meet Wynter Hero Larrabee — Turbulent Mind Grom Ambassador!
At just 16 years old, Wynter has already proven himself as one of the East Coast’s most exciting young surfers. Standing tall at 6’2” and hailing from Nantucket Island, Massachusetts, he’s spent over 12 years in the water and 5 years competing, with an impressive list of results to show for it. From taking home the 2024 NSSA Explorer Longboard East Coast title to multiple finalist finishes at Nationals, Wynter continues to rise through the ranks in both shortboard and longboard divisions.
Fearless in the lineup, he dreams big — with goals of becoming a National Champion, earning a spot on the USA ISA travel team, and ultimately competing in the Olympics to bring home gold in both shortboard and longboard. His passion extends beyond competition, with ambitions to make history as one of the only surfers in over a decade to qualify for the CT in both disciplines, all while charging big waves on the side.
