All Turbulent Mind products are ethically and sustainably made in Bali, Indonesia. We work with trusted manufacturers who prioritize quality craftsmanship, fair production practices, and eco-conscious materials.
📦 Shipping Details – When will my order be sent out?
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after your order is placed, excluding weekends and governmental holidays. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
🔁 Return Policy – Can I return my products?
We want you to love every piece you receive from Turbulent Mind. We accept returns on unworn, unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please note that bikini bottoms are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. To initiate a return, email us at turbulentmind2@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
